A sensor-instrumented Finnish home, graded from its own public open-data feed — zero data movement. Pilot rating: building metadata (EPC, age, floor area) is a placeholder until owner-confirmed.

Continuous rating beats a one-off test

A synthetic 50-vehicle EV-leasing portfolio (illustrative only — no customer data). Every asset is re-scored on each telemetry update — not once a year in a lab. The A–F distribution, weak assets and residual-value signals come from the same composition core every Arctura surface uses.

What no customer will let you demo live — thermal runaway, cell-level failure, a portfolio fire — runs on a synthetic proving ground. The same production engine detects, scores and seals the evidence; the forensics open on the island, on its own domain.
