1. Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — the service remains available until the end of that period.
- Refund: The current month's payment is non-refundable (no partial refunds). Billing for future months stops automatically.
- How to cancel: By sending an email to billing@neurflow.fi or through your dashboard settings.
2. Annual Subscriptions
- Cancellation: An annual subscription is binding for the contract period (12 months). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period.
- Refund: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Exception: if NeurFlow discontinues the Service, the unused portion will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
- Downgrade: You may switch to a lower tier at the end of the period at no additional cost.
3. Enterprise Proof-of-Value (POC)
POC €4,900 — terms:
- →The POC fee (€4,900) is credited 100 % toward the annual contract if the Customer converts to an Enterprise subscription during or within 30 days after the POC period.
- →If the Customer does not convert to an annual contract, the POC fee is retained by NeurFlow as compensation for integration and consulting work performed.
- →Data collected during the POC period will be returned to the Customer (JSON/CSV) within 30 days of request.
4. Trial Periods
- The 7-day trial is free of charge but requires a payment card at sign-up.
- At the end of the trial, billing begins automatically based on the selected number of assets, unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial ends.
- Data collected during the trial is retained for 90 days.
5. Exceptional Refunds
NeurFlow may grant a refund at its discretion in the following situations:
- Material service outage (>24 h) not caused by Force Majeure
- Billing error on NeurFlow's part
- Service functionality materially deviates from what was promised
Refund requests: billing@neurflow.fi— no later than 30 days after the event.
6. Data Handling After Cancellation
- Data can be exported within 30 days of cancellation
- Production data deletion: 60 days after cancellation
- Backup deletion: 90 days after cancellation
- Anonymized analytics data (no personal data) may be retained
7. Payment Methods
Payments are processed via Stripe. We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA direct debit, and invoicing (Enterprise).
